Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Respond in a timely manner to requests for approvals, content, or access

Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to their business

Use services ethically and legally

Delays caused by lack of communication, missing information, or non compliance may impact timelines and results.

Payments and Fees

All fees are outlined in invoices or service agreements. Payments are due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

Fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Late or missed payments may result in paused services or termination

Apex Tax Marketing reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice

Subscription tools, software fees, or third party services are billed separately unless otherwise stated.

No Guarantee of Results

Apex Tax Marketing does not guarantee specific results, including leads, revenue, rankings, or conversions. Marketing results vary based on market conditions, client participation, budget, industry, and other factors outside our control.

Third Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may involve third party platforms such as CRM systems, email providers, SMS providers, social media platforms, or hosting services. Apex Tax Marketing is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or performance issues related to third party platforms.

Clients agree to comply with all third party platform terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Apex Tax Marketing remain the intellectual property of Apex Tax Marketing until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non exclusive license to use the materials for their business.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or transfer Apex Tax Marketing materials without written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the service agreement or invoice terms. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination. No refunds are provided for services already rendered or time reserved.

Limitation of Liability

Apex Tax Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the previous thirty days.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Apex Tax Marketing harmless from claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the client’s business practices, content, or misuse of services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Apex Tax Marketing operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

Apex Tax Marketing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
